Garlic care, weeding today, 3-7-2010

Garlic Care in March means weeding. Today we weeded our garlic with a hula hoe, then I roto tilled the paths to kill the weeds in the paths. In a few days or a week we will come back and hand weed and add a little chicken manure or compost as a top dressing. I will give you more details on that in a week or so.

I also dug a pea bed for some more sugar snap peas. Add a little ashes and compost. Peas love that.

I made a small bed for some peppermint and did some pruning.

Most of my starts are just beginning to show in the green house. I will give you more details on my little seedlings soon.
