Garden Cloche

Time to fertilize our cold frame and soon it will be time to plant some flats.
In Northern California it is still pretty cold and wintry but we had a nice sunny warm day yesterday and it looks like another nice day today. I have some lettuce, swiss chard, parsley and chinese greens in cloches. I planted the cloche in the fall in several successions. We have been eating lettuce for the last couple weeks from the first succession. My second succession is not looking as vibrant as I would like to see so I am now using some maxi crop and fish emulsion as a foliar feed. I hope to see them perk up a lot in the next couple days. We have had a pretty cold and stormy winter so greens always grow slow in those conditions. It looks like another cold storm is on the way in a few days. Looking forward to a nice warm stretch when I can plant some new flats and reseed my cold frame where we had our first planting planted.

Is anyone else doing any planting yet?
